i downloaded Gears of war but when im loadin the camping mode or any mode it carsh to the dextop and says visual c++ runtime libary faild or somtin hare ill add this picture

hiya mate, normally when it says that it means you dont have the latest NET.framework installed. Try downloading that from the microsoft website and see if that helps. If you already have it installed then i cant help you.....sorry.

PS2:Is the latest Virsen of the Net Framework is 3.5?
