I think U need to fill in the Upload and Download speed at most of the Hungarian sites, before they allow U to browse.I could be wrong.

I have Hungarian friends help me the last time, One of the Hungarian Sites requested for the Upload and Download speeds, that is how I knew .

Not, sure how to answer that quetion? I am pretty involve in ther Fight Club, I like to watch 'Blood sport"....
