Fuufen you should allow people who need it to ask to be voted for here, cause then we dont know who needs the account and there are lots of users that could be great candidates for the acc. This is just a suggestion :D

Changed the rules, it seems that ppl here aren't that keen on nominating others than theirselves. So, from now on you should say why you should have the account. Think that will be easier.
