Needed some programming info

I need some help in getting a billing program for my shop

Shop runs 7 days of the week
Each day receive stock from several companies
Want to mantain stocks received with cost and selling price
Should be able to find the weekly sales of a particular product
Certain times receiving stocks from same company for 2 or 3 times a week

SOme of the info which is needed
-----------------------------------

Name of the company
Product name
Quantity supplied
Cost price per peice
Billed date


ANother small program can anyone tell me how to do it excel

Info
Recharge company
Card Name
Card Obtained date
Card series no
Quantity
Net rate

You can maybe get an excel spreedsheet database system going but thats complicated someone can't just tell you how to or do it for you over the internet you will need a consultation... Best bet is hiring some one, cheapest help would be posting flyers @ a local university around the Computer engineering buildings ;)
