BIT-HDTV Giveaway!

My HDBits.org giveaway was a fiasco :). So i've decided to give some bit-hdtv invites instead! The same rules apply:

I want:
No ratio proofs
No speedtest

But i want you to read through http://www.bit-hdtv.com/faq.php and http://www.bit-hdtv.com/rules.php
Then answer the following questions:
-Explain the ratio rules for the user class.
-What video formats are allowed to be uploaded at BIT-HDTV?
-Do you upload unrared or rared releases at BIT-HDTV?
-When are accounts auto-pruned for inactivity?

How many invites that are given depends on the number of trustworthy users applying, maybe none? I hope not :P

I think the biggest problem nowadays, that most of the people tend to write just "plzzz" and "give it to me" and not willing to spend time to read FAQs and Rules, that is sad to see...
