Riaa I Got Sued

Hello ppl i just wana let u no i got sued for $2500. because i use kazaa..the riaa called me and told me a bunch of crap.i was sharing my files.

If this genuinely happened to you, then I'm sorry for your bad misfortunes.

But unless you're going to go into more detail about what happened, this just seems like another scare tactic.

acctually the riaa called me and told me i was sharing copyright matirial. And they said that they tracked my ip adress and then went 2 my isp for my id(phone # and adress ect) then they told me to come to a simanar that woild have all the ppl they caught and they would tell them the procedure of going to cort. if u want more info just say so and i will reply.

So odd that the RIAA would call someone. I was under the impression that they employed sherrifs or agents to serve subpoenas . And asking you to attend a siminar(sic) would nulify any case against you unless your lawyer also got a copy of that same invite.
