Peerharbor is the cheapest seedbox I know : http://www.peerharbor.com/content/blogsection/6/43/, it's based on TorrentFlux and comes with unlimited traffics.
Another options are Hivebox and Tzulo, but with limited traffics.
You could also try hosting-ie or KeyWeb, they have both VPS and dedicated server with unlimited bandwidth, but you have to put few extra cash for the one time setup fee.
I also recommend you iHostVPS, they have unlimited traffics, good speed, good supports, and cheap price.

I have not used their service, thats why I was a bit curious. Perhaps a better question would've been how is their service overall.

It was really just a recommendation for uTorrent's WebUI. TorrentFlux is alright software, but it's really not the best. TF is slow and not sexy, whereas uTorrent is realtime and sexy. :)
