mIRC for mac?!

for mac users, which program should i download that works like mIRC for windows?

I haven't used a mac for quite some time but back then I mainly used xchat aqua (http://xchataqua.sourceforge.net/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome) because it is an adaption of the unix/linux based client xchat (that was remodded with a mac theme to run natively). It hasn't been updated for a while though.

i don't use irc, but from what i've heard, colloquy has the best reputation.

meh, xchat is pretty good for me. No need to run another program to just run another program.

Yes, I've tried them all, and I highly recommend Colloquy. :yup:
