Old account or not, he will still not be welcome in case he needs support at anytime, nor welcome to write in english in the forum.
Personally, I´d choosen another tracker where I´d been welcome if I were non-nordic.

But for non swedish,,,, There is no point in having it except from that it is ranked as level 8.
