when you say "or" you should mean: "either one of", i.e "this OR this".
when you say "and" your should mean: "both of them" i.e "this AND this".
when you say "and/or" you should mean: "one or more of the"
in your case: "I Really Need An Invite To Bitme.org and/or Bitspyder"
check Bitspyder for the specific definition :rolleyes:.
