I checked through all my resources and only found the 1949 version of Holiday Affair with Robert Mitchum and Janet Leigh on zerotracker.com . Pretty good actors, but it's not the version you were looking for. Still--Janet Leigh was very attractive in those days...;)

stiched : if you only need a couple of rars you can look in the incomplete channels on irc. even if they dont have them, they will fill the requests in a few days. if you still dont find them, ill send them over in 20 days when i get home :)
spark : have you tried on goem? that is one site which is most likely to have them. cant login since im on vacation but im sure someone here can check it out for you
