After Usenet, BitTorrent, and ED2K, is there another "must have" network, or does that pretty much hit the high points?

You've pretty much got it covered.

Though Soulseek is in my repertoire as well.

You've pretty much got it covered.

Add to that, Torture_Artist you might want to use Shareaza as your p2p client as it will connect to ED2K/GT1/GT2 network and it also supports torrent.

PS: If you do deside to use Shareaza then go download it from sourcefrog, as Shareaza.com have been hijacked and the software hosted on the website is fake.

Shareaza is a good Client especially for Gnutella2, its own protocol, but can also be used well with Gnutella1.
However I wouldn't recommend using it as your torrent/donkey client.

And yes todays filesharing sphere is pretty much covered now. Of course one needs to note that with torrents it's both open trackers and private ones, instead of only using eD2k you can also use Kademlia and so on. Then you could also mention filehosting sites like rapidshare as they become popular especially while being fairly easy.

OpenNap Server List? :)

What is that?

OpenNap is an open-source version of the original Napster service. You can find some good stuff on OpenNap, sometimes.
