If everyone who wanted to join bittorrent communities were able to get in based on the fact they they say they've never traded and want to be a part of a forum, these sites would be filled to the brim.

well if it's for the non trading part it's because i kust like to chat around and am looking for another place to chit chat with people about torrents not to much to ask for i would say :)

is it that hard to get a request filled :( still hasn't happened to me i was hoping to get lucky this time
