iTS login problem

i was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm having a problem with logging in to iTS. Someone mentioned that it might be windows DNS issue. I'm not sure how this would pertain to myself as I'm running mac. If anyone else as experienced this said problem and found a fix could you let me know what you had to do. thanks in advance.

Yes, I just regged there and I needed to add the IP in the url to get logged on.

If you have the irc key handy, join there and ask
