PS: I'd name a few DVDR trackers like AsianDVDClub and Cinematik, but I rarely download them.

Well the absolute best in content, in community, in everything you could possibly imagine, is KG without doubt.

bH is the best in his race (ncore is also nice). iTS has nice community. SCT is my best scene tracker in overall, but its a bit cold for me there, dunno why. Waffles and What and STM and Libble and FT are used via oinkplus by me too. I would also say that I wouldnt like to loose CO and CG, bitme, TVT and the big old one, TL

Off of your Top 10 list, I like and use 1, all of 4, 6, 7, 10. All are very good trackers. Perhaps adding a solid movie tracker to your list would be a good idea. BHQ/TDC for DVD and RTT is good for Xvid.
