yea, that section is only to offer invites, no requests allowed.

Waffles has a thread for power users, only offers. Cinematik has several in their power users forum with both offers and requests.

I like just offers better, I don't want to have to sift through pages and pages of begging.

It is where I got almost all the invites I wanted anyway. As usual, if you make your first post in the invite thread to ask for invites, your chance are rather thin. But if you are a contributing member of both forums and trackers, many people will fill almost any requests you may have :)

I offer my invites there all the time myself.

A couple other sites do that, and I like that method. If you're allowed to ask, then the thread would be pummelled with requests - especially for rarer trackers. Being a power user at least shows you can be a good sharer at that particular site too.
