Help With Scl(flower)

hi first i wanna say that if its not allowed to ask help for that site im really sry.
so for the problem
im trying to log in today says USERNAME OF PASSWORD INCORRECT
ok im do RECOVERING get the new pass paste it and the username
and still says incorrect..(there wasnt any msg that says "ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED or something like that) so what is the problem?
what i can do?

Go to their irc channen,i think this is it irc.s********.net/#s********

when you get disabled there, you don't get the "account disabled" message,
you just can't log in even after recovering.

you can try the irc to check for the reason if you want
to try and get it back.
