Outside of telling me that I passed, that test didn't really give much information.

goto www.pcpitstop.com it runs test on all ur PC. tells u how to improve stuff

Yes PC Pitstop is an excellent site.
There HD test basicaly test for fragmentation.

This test is an overall test of your hard drive.
and is more thourogh.
