I recently switched from Bellsouth DSL to ATT U Verse. I accessed Grabit thr newsgroups.bellsouth.net with the Bellsouth DSL.
With Att U verse, I tried using news.snset.sbcglobal.net. Unfortunately, that doesn't work even with my ATT account name and pass word.
I don't know if the ATT server is different or if its the firewall in the U Verse gateway.
When I attempt to add a batch thr the sbcglobal net, the message will display as CONNECT..SENT...PASSWORD...RETRIEVE...DISCONNECT...
Can anyone help me ....
