Peerharbor ?

hi :) i was thinking of signing up to Peerharbor caues my upload speed sucks and i wanted to be a uploader on this site there but my speed is no good so am trying to find out if you can use Peerharbor to upload stuff like you would with utorrent :unsure:

For a VPS, I think it's not cheap. If I'm not wrong, they have preinstalled TorrentFlux. And it's not unlimited actually. You should note on this :
