Can you log in to ScT from two diffrent IP's. Because im currently using a diffrent PC with a diffrent IP and I dont want to get banned. I know this question has been asked before but I cant find it.

well i dont think anything major should happen, except that your ip log will be saved. thats it.

why dont you ask the staff in the irc there? they know better

dynamic IP's are usually from the same range, and can be distingushed easily enough by staff.

Multiple IPs (Can I login from different computers?)

Yes. A torrent is associated with the user when it starts, and only at that moment is the IP relevant. So if you want to seed/leech from computer A and computer B with the same account you should access the site from computer A, start the torrent there, and then repeat both steps from computer B (not limited to two computers or to a single torrent on each, this is just the simplest example). You do not need to login again when closing the torrent.
However please bear in mind there is a limit of 3 IPs per user

Yup, you can have up to 3 ips on one account, but be careful if you have someone else using your account with you. If he/she cheats, say bye bye to your account.

I use my seedbox to buffer mainly and use my home connection to download to my hd and seed back as much as I can, and also if I was away or in a friends house I might download something so there is 3 ip's right there.

It states in the FAQ that it ok....

Is this mean when seeding at one time and only applies to IP that logged in the tracker and not the web ?

you never know why you could be banned from sct lol
but in your case i think its safe , i use proxy (every day new ip) and my account is fine
