Outlook Express 5

I have a problem with my Outlook Express 5. Whenever I try and start it, I get an error message saying "Outlook Express could not be loaded because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded." Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

My nephew problem too, either the dll file is messed up or it is misssing, try downloading msoe.dll from somewhere on the internet, and put it in the outlook express folder.

If it doesn't work download outlook express update maybe it will work.

If it really doesn't work then it's shit, reinstall computer.... :unsure:

this is to do with a bad install of outlook express you should find what you are looking for of you legall windows cd if you have a crack copie then i can email you the file email me at [email protected]
