Tmpgenc Problem

ok wen i download a movie the sound is perfect but wen i convert it to vcd or svcd the sound is always off is there neway to fix this after converting of b4 converting

You need to extract the sound with Virtual Dub first, then when you use TMPGenc then you combine the movie files and the sound file.
