I just reopened my tracker. I am looking for uploaders, mods, admins, sysops and testers! The site is still being worked on so some issues may occur.

did not want to get involved in this.

None of my uploaders get any perks, i dont pay for any seedboxes for them, they do it because they want to, not because they get something in return.

I know ive sort of lived in a cave for awhile but i presumed most trackers were like that.

I just cant see where you are coming from 0110, but each to their own i suppose.

My 2 cents is. get uploaders that want to upload, not for something in return, and you will have a great site (might take longer to get there but you will get there) start on this slippery road and if you get 300 uploaders, all of them will want something, and if they dont know about it, they soon will and you will loose the lot.

tg, if you want it to succeed you need to put more effort in: steal as many torrents as you can and leave them on one or more seedboxes. then people will begin to volunteer once the tracker is bigger

i agree that YOU need seedboxes for this to work. at least to get your tracker off its feet. because you're going to need to upload alot of torrent (in the hundreds, preferably thousand(s)) before most people will stay at your site. maybe make it free leech as well for the start, so people wont cheat accounts? once you get over 500 torrents I'd suggest putting your tracker into the btracs system, which would bring you alot of new users, but if you do this too early, then the new users wont stay. also, specializing in one area in particular will make you stand out from the rest.

this is at least how i see it. i would help out, but unfortunately my internet speed is horrible and i would be little use to you in starting up.

if you are starting a tracker and look on a public forum for staff, i can predict your tracker will be a huge flop
