Scientology is well weird though what with Xenu, Martian Bases and Thetans and getting cleared (or is that colonic irrigation - always get those mixed up)

At one point I was a real fan of Cruise. Then he had to ruin it all by opening is mouth and reviling what a nut he is.

It's really a shame about Will Smith too.
I imagine it will really detract from my ability to watch his work too.

DAMN CULT!!!

The thing about childbirth is that the vag is stretched to the size of a beach ball, and quite often splits resulting in loads of bleeding and wotnot.

Also a baby comes out.

Whatever floats your boat

I wonder if Scientologists do the "Clear" thing with the electric paddles as a sort of in-joke?

Sorry I find it really hard to take it seriously. Hubbards boat with all the hotpanted lovelies sounds well cool though. He was obviously not all daft :naughty:

L. Ron was a genius in the vein of P.T. Barnum and Charles Ponzi- all his marbles were accounted for, thank you very much.

I have to wonder what could possibly be missing from TC's life that Scientology seemed like a good idea.
Maybe he was turned down by The Church of Yoda...

Aw Bless! (http://defamer.com/344987/the-tom-cruise-indoctrination-video-scientologists-dont-want-you-to-see) He's really loving it isn't he? It obviously brings him a lot of joy. Although I'm struggling with the concept of an indoctrination video they don't want you to see.

I find it weird that people will say stuff like 'I think all scientologist need a round house kick in the face from Chuck Norris. :D:D:D' but wouldn't dream of saying the same things about say, muslims or christians, who have arguably caused slightly more distress to the world. Scientology is just good for a laugh right now....it's a whipping boy. It's not a proper religion to you so it's ok to be prejudiced against it. It hasn't been related to anyone blowing up any big buildings so doesn't deserve any respect. Weird logic no? Yeah, Tom Cruise is such a queynt......making entertaining films, helping people in car accidents, giving lots of money to charity.....he's almost worse than Bin Laden.

its its its

Scientology has cult-like connotations, and has been harmful to some people.
Members of it have also actively worked to suppress free speech, when it came to conditions within it.

It deserves its bad reputation, and the ridicule.

Didn't Hubbard even come up with it after making a bet that he could create a religion, or am I thinking of another "religion"?
