What do they call those tags in shopping stores

What do they call those tags in shopping stores.Those tags that connect to clothes so people dont steal the clothes and when you hit the cash register and pay for your clothes they take them out for you.

Because im running a store thats sells hip-hop clothes and want the those tags on my clothes,and a device to take them out.
