Still is surprising a small site like iTS got so many votes with just a fraction of the userbase of big sites like what and waffles.

But Waffles deserve number 1... it came in to save the day as OiNK was being shut. With time and faster servers, they shall grow to become just like OiNK use to be. They just need more leechers and seeders to keep it flowing. Never the less, What.cd is pretty much at par in term of content and speed either way.
