Just download a few .rars when it comes out and you'll have 5.0 ratio on what you get.
Good luck.

Try a public tracker sometimes and upload in the private tracker.
But do not limit your download speed to your upload speed because in the end you will have 75% of your download done or so and no seeders left :P (depending on your upload which I presume is not that good)

I always use this method my upload is also quite lousy, especially with trackers where most members have a seedbox this method works like a charm, adds no download and you can immediately start seeding. Just make sure that the content size is the same or else you will start running into a few problems.
Good luck!

Use RSS feeds, that way you'll download torrents almost as soon as they are uploaded

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rss <- what is RSS
http://www.utorrent.com/rsstutorial.php <- how to use RSS in uTorrent
There are trackers that use RSS to help you track new uploads, you can know it by searching forums or FAQ for the word RSS and if there is a RSS feed, then you'll find a tutorial
