hi
i downloaded MSN 6 about 3 days ago from www.messenger.msn.co.uk like i have done with all previous version of messenger, but with this new msn 6 i keep getting ad banners up with the title ''MESSENGER SERVICE''-these r real annoying so can anyone assist me on the removal of these ad banners- ive tried adding that patch around the net which claims to remove all ads from msn 6 but this has not worked

thanks in advance

To Remove MSN Today Pop-up
Tools>Options>General>untick Display MSN Today

To Remove Ad-banners
Mess.be (http://mess.be) and download the ad-removal fix for MSN6.0, just look closely at the MSN6 section.

It actually is very simple

on the MSN menu click TOOLS---> then OPTIONS ---> then click on GENERAL tab and uncheck the Display MSN today when Messenger signs in.

Make sure it is blank and not checked and then click OK ... that should stop that annoying banner from coming up. Hope this helps!!!
