when i download music, sometimes i get long strings of numbers in the 'comments' for the song. what do these numbers mean?

ex:

00000000 00000210 00000924 00000000006681CC 00000000 005CE398 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000

00000000 00000210 0000075C 000000000080B014 00000000 0074A125 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000

00000000 00000210 0000075C 00000000007E1A94 00000000 00724925 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000

they are different per track, those are off of Mu330 ( a ska band)

000002F1 00000328 00000B8D 000013D0 0003C499 0003C4C7 00005743 00005EBB 000134E9 000134E9

those 2 are from Public Enemy ^^

000003B5 0000018A 00008242 00001FC0 0001575E 00015778 000073F7 00007588 0000CF72 000180B1

thats from a Ted Leo song.

I normally clear comments from all my songs every once in a while. is there any purpose to those codes?

haha yes :P it was an interesting title, as opposed to the bland one thats there now.. WELL does anyone know what they mean? are they some kind of check code for quality or something like that?
