The Fastest Way to Edit your video Files

Hi every one
I wanna to ask you about the fastest
Program you are using to Edit your videos.
I personally use VideoReDo Plus, it's very fast
and easy. This software cut just the good parts without
Encoding it, and this feature keeps the original Quality.This
is the best feature I like in this Program. But it support just MPEG Formats.
Is there any other programs like VideoReDo Plus that support other formats such as AVI ?

No its not, why did you say so ?
May be This is the only program which
use the Tech of "without Encoding"
VirtualDub is good one but it use "Encoding"
and the Quality of the video will change
