i am considering deleating my thor's acc

I think the problem with him giving the account away is because it uses the same username as he has here on FST and/or other torrent sites. That would be a big mistake, never trust anyone to live up to your reputation, lol. Not unless you live right down the street from them and can give them a good beating if they don't behave. :)

Well, many people are members at sites where they cannot speak the language, but they still manage to navigate their way around. If you're plain out just NOT using the account then it's probably best to hit the kill switch. Do you not use it because you can find all the content elsewhere, or is there another reason?

if you have a real life friend into torrenting who speaks french maybe you could give it to him? that way you wouldn't feel bad about deleting the account, and since you know him in real life you don't have to worry about trusting him, because if you knew he was untrustworthy you wouldn't pick him. Thor's is pretty valuable to the right people..

Do whatever you feel comfortable with:

Delete the account (if you can)

Leave it be and park it, and if one day you happen to need something for someone in someplace in French, you might just have a resource for it if it is still active.

PM staff and ask for it to be deleted.

But make your own mind up, don't ask others to tell you what to do, that is chicken shit.

I am french and I'm not using it much.

Only way I use it is to download DVD9/5 to make proper rips of those scene rips that suck big time in the FRENCH side of things. Also trying to include the english subs if they are there. I just don't understand why the FRENCH rips tend to always not include subtitles... and insist to make 700mb rips even when the movie is above 2 hours.

In the end, it's your account so it's up to you to decide what to do with it.

I'm guessing the dilemma is stemming from the fact that it may be of no worth to you but you don't want to delete it because either, it's still worth something on the BT-rarity scales or perhaps, because the account might be worth something to someone else who might have some use for it.
