Hey guys,
I have installed Nod32 3.0.612.0,
But some times, the pc slows down and the reason of it is that Nod32 start using A LOT of the CPU and i have no idea y it uses so much,
it don't do that all the time..
when i disable "real-time file system protection" in Nod32, it stops using that CPU..
any idea of how to fix this irritating problem?
thx

I am using nod32 2.7
Doesnt ever give me any kind of trouble.
Can it be cause of high compressed rar files?

What OS do you use?
Google (http://www.google.co.il/search?q=nod32+cpu&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_enIL247IL248)

I'm using Windows XP... i just discovered that nod32 was checking alone every 60 mins for update, maybe that's the cause of it!

Just change it, Avast is pretty much good than Nod, tried both of them.

i'd say stick w/ the 2.7s. 3.0 nod decided to implement some more anti-pirating stuff in the newest versions

if your PC specs aren't too good that could be a reason why but I kinda doubt it, also have you tried re-installing it to see what happens? Or maybe try the older v.'s

nod 32 is the best make sure you use the last version of v2 and not 3 cuz version 3 is different and bloated and version 2 still updates...
