so some games have public cd keys which haven't been banned by blizzard yet. But i can never use them, because there is always a message saying the cd key is being used by XXX. I tried waiting a few hours, and tried different times of the day. But no matter what time, there is always the message saying the cd key is used by XXX. So either he is literally playing 24/7 or he has some program that fakes activity to make sure no one else can use the key. Any info on this?

my rule of thumb for downloading games is, 'if you want to play online, buy the game'. i mean, blizzard needs to pay to keep the online content running, so it's only fair.. Other then that, play on a cracked server. I know for most first person shooters you can do that, although the community will probably suck. I can't point you in any directions tho, as I've never found it worth it to play on cracked servers when i can just buy the game.

You bet they are on 24/7 if they are using public key. You're out of luck on this one.

Check ebay for only cd-keys. A while ago I bought just the keys for 16€. You will need both roc and tft cd-keys, 8€ each one.

they dont have to be on 24/7, its called bnet hogger, its a bot that just logs into one of the bnet gateways and "reserves" the slot for the player when he wants to play, he can simply log off the bot.

pub key u wont get a chance to play it mate.
