well i was in that predicament once cus i accidentally left my downloads going much faster than my uploads without checking.

i explained politely to the mod in the irc channel and got my acc back, so i got a chance to rebuilt my ratio. just be polite about it and if u're sincere enough, u'll probably get it back.

they use an autoban system though, so u won't even get a warning, which was how i didn't notice my ratio dropping ridiculously low.

Your best solution is to go to their irc # ;)

Go to their IRC but be very very polite on their channel. If you explain the situation and it only has to do with inactivity, they may grant you your account back. Hope it works out man.
