So is 0 isnt actually a value, more of a character, 0 + 0 will conjugate the string of 00. The count of zero in this instance is therefore 2.

This could be taken one step, and one step only, further:

Using both methods said above the count of 0 when 0 + 0 added together (making 0) is 1, and when 0 + 0 = 00 makes a zero count of 2, we can come up with a value of three. You see:
0 + 0 = 0 :: You take the total as a count of 1.
0 + 0 :: This produces a count of 2.

2 + 1 = 3. And we can check this by removing all arithmatic symbols:

0 + 0 = 0 ---&#62; 0 0 0 ---&#62; 000
