Hey, I just got into the DnB music scene. What is the best DnB out there in terms or artists or tracks?

anything by those artists is a good start. if you like melodic trancey sounding shit id go with john b. or anything off of virus recordings. if you want something harder but still upbeat and dancy try pendulum

For recommendations of D 'n' B singles, it's worth checking the BBC's 1extra chart ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra/drumbass/chart/ (http://www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra/drumbass/chart/)

I'm mainly into the more up beat/funky/song orientated D 'n' B sound . Check out releases on the Hospital Records label (pretty much a guarentee of class) , especially Danny Byrd, High Contrast, Logistics, Nu Tone, or any of their mix cd's or compilations .

good artist you say? well...

Die, clipz, Pendulum, Dillinja, Goldie, Makato, Rufige Kru, Diselboy,
Latent Notion, TC, Sub Focus, Shy FX, Alix Perez, Breakage, Commix, Cyantifc, Logisitcs, Etc.

Some good albums to get your ear wet?

Pendulum- Hold you colour, Rufrige Kru- Malice in Wonderland,
Shy FX- Diary of a digital Soundboy, Logistics- Now more then ever,
TC-Evolutions, Dieselboy- The Human Resource Whew! too many to count I really love all forms of DnB. If i'm feeling moody i'll listen to some dark and hard shit, or if i'm chillin some laid back smooth groove, or if I want to get wild, TC for sure

pendulum, logistics, high contrast, santorin!

that song "Information" was some raw shit by Clipz or was it Die?
