I take it you mean a screen capture? Well if you do, all you press is the "Print Scrn" key and then open up an editing app e.g ms paint and paste it in. Oh and make sure you save it. :)

Or, if you wanted to, you could download an imaging application that does screen capturing itself - The plus for this is that you can usually do it a lot easier and have more options for it.

I haven't seen the capture option in that many imaging software's before - Probably the only one I've seen it in is ArcSoft Photostudio 2000. The capture facility's pretty much the only reason why I still have it installed :D

Or if you don't have Xp, or want the virtual printer and a bunch more options, download Snagit and hit altavista for the S/N.

the perfect program for what you are describing is called snagit. homepage here (http://www.techsmith.com/)

Read about it on the website, then download it off kazaa. There is a file with snagit packaged with camtasia, and it works fine, with all serials included.

Gadwin PrintScreen 2.6 is real good for Screenshots, it's a Freeware and can be downloaded from Their official site here (http://www.gadwin.com/)

Click here (http://www.gadwin.com/download/ps_setup.exe) to download the exe file.

For some unknown reason the above topic was closed before I had a chance to add my 2 cents, so here it is. If you want to capture images or video from within a game, FRAPS (http://www.fraps.com/) is a nice little utility.

(p.s. I see no reason for the Mods to close a topic unless people start flaming or get too far off-topic)

There is a way to take screenshots by pressing ctrl-__, or f-__, but I cant remember. After you do that as manytimes as you wish, those shots would all be in your 'my pictures' folder. Anyone know anyhting about that?

I would have to agree with kooky_kramer on this one.
Snagit is a very nice app. with several choices of capture and output.
Its the best in my opinion.

Hope this helps,
Steve
