But he has a point in that article. A encrypted network will take forever to break trough so i guess ppl are pretty safe as long as you get a encryption.

Yea but it would take forever to become part of the network. It may be hard for the RIAA to infiltrate, but it would be just as hard for us to become a part of.

Nothing new, never been in a private group myself but I know I've had to put up with the boasting of some friends who have been able to get in one (dl'ing movies in just a few hours, etc etc).
