The server is great, unlimited traffic - can get about 8/9mb upload!!!

Be careful though, they don't like uTorrent being installed and can disconnect your server without warning! If you've paid the 3 months upfront via Paypal you will lose it!

If you go ahead, my advice is to limit your download speed, upload isn't a problem.
