My option would be all of the above, except pre-times cause it contradicts rarity.
Something i'm least concerned is pre-times and lots of users. Voted for speed.

almost everything what is in poll options

maybe its not that important seed bonus for tracker( but its nice to have it) also pretime is not that important to me.
