Cant download on my seedbox can you help?

Well now you just log into your torrent sites from the seedbox and download torrents....just like if you were on your personal pc

You should take advantage of utorrent's web interface so that you can download remotely from your browser. There's a tutorial here.

thanks my security setting on the server were set so I couldn't download

you also need to configure an ftp server so that you can download, the files to your home pc, if it is just you using the server it is relatively easy to setup the ftp server that is in IIS or use a 3rd party ftp server like bulletproof or serve U. As others have said however it is easier to configure the webui and browse for torrents from your home PC then upload them to the server through the webui
