I asked the staff before, and they said I cannot change it, at least atm they don't allow it

It's to prevent traders from trading. I'm not a member but know people who are and i think it's a good idea that they implemented no change of pass or email.

If you are not the owner of the account, this will never be yours only.
The most effective way to avoid trading accounts I´ve ever seen.
