1st-Get and Keep Peer Paurdian updated! from http://www.methlabs.org/methlabs.htm
2nd-Change your username on your P2P to Anonymous (seriously will help and will confuse your ISP on who they are trying to get if there are 12000 people with the same username!)
3rd-After downloading songs allways disconnect and reconnect to the internet! (this will change your IP address so they cant track you!)
4th-Dont be stupid and stay connect for 3 hours or more at a time!
5th-Download a few songs at a time!
6th-check to not allow user to see your files in options
this helps!

1. New K-Lite has a built-in "peer guardian"
2. Why not just use the default name?
3. Not if you have a Static IP, this would only work for like AOL.
4. Why not?
5. How is that going to make a difference?
6. This is the only good thing to do in this post.

is it the "Peer Guardian" program?
the default name is a great idea. i didnt remember it
only a few cable/dsl isps's give static ip address
and all dial up are not static!
they are after people who they can see downloading alot of songs or have alot of songs
these will help lower your chance even more!
why not try?

Uh, if you're using a broadband connection with a dynamic IP you might want to check if you've really got broadband.
