well a lot of the new accs aren't actually new, they're fresh with a tiny buffer (1-3gb)

You are wrong my friend, most of them not open.

IPTorrents. Top tracker on the net, has over 15,000+ torrent. best pre release time. they never opened registration after they closed and i don't think they'll open registration again like RevTT LoL :noes:
