Why?
Oink and TV-links were there, as well as demonoid and a few other big trackers that got told to move.
I believe there are still trackers over there, but tbh, i wouldnt move there.

For hosting a site? Not Safe
For any other reason -- Expensive... but safe.

im very happy with my leaseweb seedbox.
im very happy with my leaseweb seedbox.
Same here! For those in Europe their express servers r the best option.
Also, one thing is a private tracker ( I think they had some legal issues recently regarding a couple of trackers but I'm not sure ) one other is a private user.
If u ask them if u can use it as a seedbox they will most certainly say no but unless u draw too much attention to urself ( like using 300 GB in one day or something ) they will close their eyes IMHO. They r there to make money.
Cheers!

as safe as any other server hosting place in the same country. if there is a court order for something then leaseweb just like any other company in the country will obey. if you're paranoid about security then get a server in asia, if not then I recommend leaseweb.
