laptop help

i have a netgear wireless mimo router.I have connected my pc,laptop,and ps4 wirelessly with no problem.my sister just got a new laptop and for some reason it wont pick up the router.it does from time to time but once the lapto is restarted the laptop doesnt even see the router.the laptop has vista premium.what can i do or what have i doen worng please any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Do you have wlan turned on on the laptop?

PS4 huh? Sony's gaming console? You must be internal tester to get hands on one :)

the wlan is on and i meant ps3
