seo/scripts trackers?

Are there any seo/scripts/templates trackers out there? I know thevault has some of this but is more focused on elearning.. if there isnt.. seems like a nice niche that could be filled..

if you look properly you'll find plenty of stuff on thevault. i think you'll find a lil' something on every elearning tracker like bitme, bitspyder, learnbits etc etc

I was hoping there would be something like the various blackhat forums and seo sharing forums but in torrent form.. would be very nice..
