There's a guy over here in Fresno who might get sued. He found his username on that one list they released and the media was all hyped up and he was all over the news and in the Fresno Bee. He hasn't got a actual letter or anything from the RIAA, but you know the media.

well, i don't know anyone who is getting sued/has been sued

most probably cos i'm form scotland, but you never know :P
