I hope, that somebody will be so kind and will translate this for me and tell me, how can I download from this site... Thanks in advance :-)

That's a download restriction. It means:
If you have downloaded more than 5 GB and have a ratio below 0.25 you can't download further unless you repair your ratio..
But it seems that your restriction is disabled.

Hm... You didn't tell me anything new... My download is 0 kB, mu upload is 20 GB there... So, the problem won't be my ratio or downloaded amount. I hope, that somebody from Romania will help me with this issue...

That is only a notification for all users,even if u have a good ratio u will have that notification :)

Well TCD004 i'm from there and i've just helped you. It's a message that is shown to everybody, so you don't have to worry, just ignore it.

Thx guys ;-) I thought, that I can't download from there :-) And I thought, that you're just stating the fact, which I already knew. Sorry Horatio, and thanks for your help guys ;-) I've never seen something like this, I was scared, that my download privileges are disabled :-D

hay you can always use MultiTranse software his very useful for translating language.

it seems that you have a good ratio there..

that download restriction appears to everyone...
